B. Locally Stored Data (App Usage and History)
The following information is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to our servers:
Generated Content History: The text content generated by the AI (e.g., drafted emails, summaries, reports) is saved to an internal history feature

2. How We Use the Collected Information
We use the information we collect solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and improving the App's services:
Service Provision: We use your input, personal identity details, and the Groq API Key to communicate with the AI model and generate the requested business communication or documentation (e.g., emails, summaries, expense reports)
. Customization: We use your Name, Email, and Company details to ensure the AI's output is professional and properly customized to your identity
. Local History & Retrieval: We save generated content locally to allow you to review and reuse past results
. App Improvement: We use local template usage data to enhance your in-app experience by prioritizing your favorite features

3. How We Share Information
Your privacy is paramount, especially given the sensitive nature of the data handled by an AI administrative assistant.
With AI Service Provider (Groq): The core of the App relies on an external AI processing service. Your input text, context, and some of your personal/company details (as appended to the prompt) are securely transmitted to
Groq.com for generation

At Your Direction (Sharing Feature): The App includes features that allow you to copy or share the generated content using your device's native sharing capabilities

When you use these features, the sharing of data is outside of our control and is governed by the privacy policies of the third-party app or service you choose (e.g., your email client, a messaging app, etc.). For Legal Reasons: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with legal obligations, protect our rights or property, or ensure the safety of our users or the public.
4. Data Security and Storage
- Local Data: All user input, chat messages, and generated history are primarily stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage
. We do not typically retain copies of this content on our own servers.
- General Security: We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect the information under our control. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
User-Provided Details: You can delete the Personal Identity Details (Name, Email, Company) you provided by navigating to the "Email Details" screen in the App

Locally Stored Content: Generated chat messages can be cleared from the App via the "Clear Chat" menu option
. Deleting and uninstalling the App will generally remove all locally stored data, including chat history, email history, and local usage data .
6. Children's Privacy
